Happy Birthday!!

Got together for S & C's birthday's this past weekend. These girls are a bunch of hams (I LOVE it!), so I was able to snap some great shots! Hopefully I will have the privilege of shooting C's wedding in May of 2009!!

Looking back at the summer...

Summer has already come & gone, (where does the time go?!!) so I thought I would wrap it up by posting some of the pics I took over the past couple months.

The following 3 pictures are of an amazing place in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. My family has been visiting Lake Willoughby for the past 50 years!

My first engagement session!

I had my first engagement session with some close friends of mine this past weekend. It was a little weird at first especially because I didn't really know what I was doing (like if I was supposed to tell them to pose or stand a certain way), but after an hour or so it wasn't so bad. I knew I got some pretty good shots, but once I got home and was able to look at them on the computer I was quit happy and excited with what I got!! Here are some of my favs below!

J & K's At Home Reception

John & Kaity were married in Mexico on August, 21st, 2008 and I was offered the opportunity to shoot their at home reception in September!! Thanks for letting me do this for you guys!! I'm so happy with the way things turned out!

Wow! My very first post!
Well, I guess this is going to be my little photography blog until I can create a website and really get things going. Thanks to fellow DW knottie AshNicole for this idea, as we both are traveling down the same road and trying to make something out of our hobbies!

I have been taking pictures for as long as I can remember. It is one of my most favorite things to do....besides travel of course. Since I started looking for a wedding photographer for our upcoming wedding in November 2009, it has really inspired me to take things a little further and see what I am capable of doing! I am very excited to do something I absolutely love!
